context: juxtaposition and framing
On Project Runway: Uli, Michael and Kayne are the best, in that order.

It's strange that Pluto had its planet status revoked.

Recently I like this Mark Owen CD (How the Mighty Fall) that I had to order from Europe because I couldn't find it in the U.S. It's a little cheezy singer-songwriter at times, but he's also sometimes got a sort of David Bowie-ness, and, I don't know, I just like it for whatever reason.
Also, the M83 (Before the Dawn Heals Us) album is rather powerful.
And the Harlem Shakes (album coming out soon) totally rock, and I know this despite the fact that I haven't gotten my ass out to see them live yet.

The book The Reluctant Mr. Darwin is really interesting so far. It's not the usual type of biography, but instead only uses Charles Darwin's personal life by using its chronology and events to explain or put his work into context. So it's more about his work. I'm also finding that I have some things in common with him, although not necessarily good things.

Taking pictures of this robot against different backgrounds is like some weirdo color/texture study...

And some drawings recently out of the notebook and into framed context...
